"My t-shirt design reflects my current studio practice that explores the kitsch aesthetic as well as a consideration for the representation of the female nude. However, the t-shirt reflects the more stylistic aspects of my work, including block matt & gloss household paints & the addition of other materials that might give the design a tacky feel. (I cut the sleeves of as soon as I received the t-shirt as this is what I seem to do with all my own t-shirts!). |
