For '36' Jemma has utilised an oronym (dependant upon accent) to her allocated number.

Using Welsh 'Scrabble' tiles, bailey has spelled out the phrase in English but phonetically in Welsh.
'Y' becomes 'U' , and as there is no 'X' in the Welsh alphabet, it becomes 'CS' for added befuddlement.
Lack of letters meant the inevitable use of a blank.
